Fees

Fees are payable for higher education approval processes under the legislation and are detailed in the Regulations.  Fees are set to recover partial costs of approval processes. An application fee must accompany applications for:

• accreditation of higher education courses;
• authorisation of non-university institutions to deliver higher education courses; and
• recognition as a university.

In addition, all applications will attract assessment fees when the full assessment commences.  The amount will vary depending on the type of application and the level and number of courses proposed.
