Delivery of Courses to Overseas Students

Providers wishing to offer courses to overseas students in Western Australia must be registered on the Commonwealth Register of Institutions and Courses for Overseas Students (CRICOS).  To become registered, providers must meet the requirements specified in the State Education Service Providers (Full Fee Overseas Students) Registration Act 1991 (ESPRA), the Commonwealth Education Services for Overseas Students Act 2000 (ESOS), and the National Code of Practice for Registration Authorities and Providers of Education and Training to Overseas Students.
